Saudi Arabia Urges Restraint, Condemns Iranian Attacks on Jordan, Bahrain and Kuwait

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia has condemned what it described as Iranian attacks targeting Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait, warning that continued violations of the sovereignty of neighboring countries could further escalate tensions in the region.

In a statement issued from Riyadh, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that ongoing attacks against brotherly nations would contribute to greater regional instability and increase the risk of broader conflict.

The ministry called on all parties to exercise restraint and take steps to de-escalate the situation, emphasizing the need for wisdom and diplomacy in addressing regional disputes.

Saudi Arabia urged all sides to return to diplomatic efforts and resume constructive dialogue rather than pursue actions that could further heighten tensions.

The Foreign Ministry also called for the revival of constructive negotiations previously facilitated through Pakistan’s hosting efforts and mediation initiatives undertaken by Qatar.

Reaffirming its support for dialogue and peaceful conflict resolution, Saudi Arabia stressed that diplomatic engagement remains the most effective path toward maintaining regional security and stability.
