Saudi Arabia Launches Multilingual Umrah Guide to Facilitate Pilgrims

Islamabad: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced a comprehensive “Umrah and Ziyarat Guide” in 16 languages, including Urdu, to facilitate pilgrims and provide them with reliable information in their native languages.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the initiative aims to assist millions of pilgrims arriving from around the world by offering clear and authentic guidance throughout their spiritual journey.
The guide provides detailed information on all stages of Umrah, including travel preparations, visa procedures, and obtaining an Umrah permit through the Nusuk platform. It also explains transportation arrangements within the Two Holy Mosques and outlines departure procedures.
To enhance user convenience, the guide includes visual illustrations, location maps, and informational videos to help pilgrims navigate various processes smoothly. The digital guide also offers step-by-step instructions on wearing Ihram, performing Tawaf and Sa’i, observing etiquette within the Two Holy Mosques, and accessing essential services available to visitors.
The ministry stated that the launch of the guide is part of its broader efforts to ensure high-quality services for Umrah pilgrims, enabling them to make the most of the facilities provided during their spiritual visit.
