CM Balochistan Visits Acid Attack Victim Dr Mah Noor Nasir at Aga Khan Hospital Karachi

Karachi (Qudrat Daily) – Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti on Sunday visited Aga Khan Hospital in Karachi and inquired after the health of Dr Mah Noor Nasir, who is undergoing treatment after being injured in a tragic acid attack incident in Quetta.

During the visit, the Chief Minister received a detailed briefing from doctors regarding the medical condition of the injured lady doctor. He also met her father and family members, expressing full solidarity and sympathy with them.

Mir Sarfraz Bugti said that the tragic incident has saddened the entire nation and the Government of Balochistan stands in complete solidarity with the affected family. He assured that the provincial government will remain with the victim throughout all stages of treatment and will ensure provision of the best possible medical care.

Speaking to Dr Mah Noor Nasir, the Chief Minister praised her courage and resilience, saying, “You are a brave daughter of Balochistan, you are not alone, Pakistan stands with you.” He added that the entire nation is praying for her speedy recovery.

He further stated that the accused involved in the incident has already met his logical end; however, the pain and suffering caused by the tragedy is fully acknowledged.

The Chief Minister emphasized that protection of women, especially those serving in professional fields, is a top priority of the government and a zero-tolerance policy is being implemented against such crimes.

He reiterated that the Government of Balochistan will continue to support Dr Mah Noor Nasir until her full recovery and will utilize all available resources to ensure law and order and the protection of women across the province.
