Eid-ul-Adha Being Celebrated Across Pakistan with Religious Fervor and Devotion

Islamabad (Special Correspondent) – Eid-ul-Adha is being celebrated across the country today with religious zeal, devotion, and respect.
The day began with large congregational Eid prayers held in mosques, Eidgahs, and open grounds, where special prayers were offered for the country’s progress, stability, and unity of the Muslim Ummah.
Following the Sunnah of Prophet Ibrahim (AS), millions of Muslims will perform animal sacrifice across urban and rural areas. Arrangements for Qurbani have been completed nationwide.
Federal and provincial governments have implemented strict security measures, while special sanitation teams have been deployed to ensure cleanliness and timely disposal of animal waste.
On the occasion, citizens are visiting relatives and loved ones, while welfare and social organizations are arranging activities to include underprivileged and needy people in Eid celebrations.
President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif extended Eid greetings to the nation and called for promoting unity, sacrifice, and brotherhood in society.
