Exchange of Fire Between Peace Force and Armed Men in Dera Bugti, Two Injured
DERA MURAD JAMALI (Qudrat News) – Two people were injured in a heavy exchange of fire between a peace force and armed men in Dera Bugti, while the attackers managed to escape after a prolonged one-hour gun battle.
According to police, the incident took place within the jurisdiction of Sui Police Station in the area of Lanjho Safari Shakh No. 3 and 4, where an intense exchange of fire suddenly broke out between the peace force and armed individuals.
Officials said the firing continued for nearly one hour, during which two persons sustained injuries. The injured were immediately shifted for medical treatment.
After the clash, the armed men fled from the scene.
Police and law enforcement agencies reached the site soon after receiving information and cordoned off the area. A search operation has been launched to trace and arrest the fleeing suspects.
