JUI Leader Maulana Abdul Waseh Praises Public Participation, Announces Large Protest Rally in Quetta

Quetta (Qudrat Daily) — Maulana Abdul Waseh, the provincial chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, has expressed gratitude to traders, party workers, religious scholars, and the general public for their strong participation in recent protests and shutter-down strikes across Balochistan.
In a statement, he said the enthusiasm, spirit, and determination shown by people taking to the streets was highly encouraging and commendable. He added that the ongoing movement is still in its early phase and will continue until it reaches its logical conclusion.
He emphasized that the widespread public participation reflects growing awareness among citizens about protecting their rights and their refusal to accept any form of pressure.
Maulana Abdul Waseh further announced that as part of the next phase of the movement, caravans from all districts of the province will move towards Quetta on the 10th of the month, where a large public gathering and protest demonstration will be held.
He reiterated that the struggle will continue with full commitment until the demands are achieved.
