Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhail Inspects First Locally Developed Sniper Rifle in Islamabad

Islamabad (Daily Qudrat) — Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhail visited Islamabad, where he inspected a sniper rifle developed for the first time at the national level by the National University of Technology.
During the visit, the Governor reviewed the locally manufactured sniper rifle prepared by engineers and experts of the institution.
He appreciated the efforts of the university’s faculty and technical team, stating that the development of advanced defence technology at the local level is a highly encouraging step toward self-reliance.
He further said that such initiatives would play a key role in strengthening Pakistan’s defence capabilities and reflect the growing potential of young engineers in the country.
The Governor expressed hope that similar projects will continue in the future, helping Pakistan achieve further progress in the field of defence technology.
