PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi Announces New Venues for Next Year’s PSL

Mohsin Naqvi, Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, has announced that new venues will be added to next year’s edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Speaking to the media, Naqvi thanked the city of Lahore for its enthusiastic support during the final match. He praised cricket fans for their discipline and passion, noting that the atmosphere at Gaddafi Stadium was remarkable.
Naqvi said he was deeply impressed by the love for cricket shown by Lahore’s residents, adding that fans openly supported both teams and fully enjoyed the game. He remarked that the citizens of Lahore once again proved their strong connection with cricket.
The PCB chairman also revealed that obtaining permission for crowds was challenging, as the Prime Minister of Pakistan preferred minimizing fuel consumption. However, he added that the prime minister also had a keen interest in allowing spectators.
Naqvi expressed confidence that the next edition, PSL 12, will be even bigger and better than the current season.
