Bajaur’s Muneeba Hussain Cracks CSS 2025 in First Attempt, Joins Pakistan Administrative Service

Islamabad: In a remarkable achievement, 24-year-old Muneeba Hussain from the Wara Mamond area of Bajaur has successfully passed the CSS 2025 examination on her first attempt, securing a position in the prestigious Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS).
Daughter of Dr. Muhammad Arshad Hussain, Muneeba overcame challenging circumstances and deeply rooted tribal traditions to accomplish this milestone, setting an inspiring example of determination and hard work.
A graduate in English Linguistics from National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Peshawar, she has become the first woman from her region to join PAS. Her success is being celebrated across Bajaur and the broader tribal belt as a proud moment and a source of inspiration for young female students.
Her achievement highlights the growing role of women in civil services and underscores the importance of education and perseverance in overcoming social and cultural barriers.
