Major Bureaucratic Reshuffle: Nasir Durrani’s Services Assigned to BISP, Several Transfers Announced

Islamabad (Khabar Daily) — The federal government has carried out a significant reshuffle in the civil bureaucracy, announcing multiple transfers and postings of civil and police officers.
According to a notification issued by the Establishment Division, Joint Secretary Nazir Ahmad, serving in the IT Division, has been placed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD).
Police Service Group Grade-19 officer Faisal Mukhtar, who was awaiting posting, has been assigned to the Government of Punjab.
Deputy Secretary Ali Qaim of the Ministry of Industries and Production has been directed to report to the Establishment Division, while Ashfaq Ahmed Panhwar, who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as Section Officer in the Cabinet Division.
In another key development, Deputy Secretary Nasir Durrani of the Defence Division has been transferred and his services have been placed under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP).
Additionally, Section Officer Muhammad Mumtaz has been transferred from the Establishment Division to the Religious Affairs Division.
The notification stated that all transfers and postings take immediate effect.
