Iran Warns of Strong Response to US Blockade

Iran has issued a stern warning against the United States over what it described as a “blockade,” cautioning that any such action would be met with a response that “will be remembered.”

Iranian officials condemned the alleged blockade of the Strait of Hormuz as an act of piracy, stating that US actions amount to interference in international trade and unlawful seizure of property. They emphasized that Iran reserves the full right to respond.

Meanwhile, Iranian military officials said the country’s armed forces are preparing for potential escalation, with target lists being updated. They added that despite any ceasefire, Iran does not consider the conflict to be over.

The warning comes after former US President Donald Trump rejected Iran’s proposal and announced that the blockade would remain in place until an agreement is reached.

According to sources, the US military has also prepared plans for “short and powerful” strikes against Iran, potentially targeting key infrastructure. The reported aim of such actions would be to break the current deadlock in negotiations and pressure Iran to return to talks with greater flexibility.
