Erdogan Criticizes Netanyahu, Urges Immediate Steps to Prevent Regional War

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of Turkey, has strongly criticized Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, amid rising tensions in the region.

Speaking about the ongoing situation, Erdogan said that Netanyahu has become the “biggest disaster” for Israelis since the The Holocaust. He claimed that Israeli citizens are now spending their nights in shelters due to the escalating conflict.

The Turkish president said that many Israelis themselves are describing Netanyahu as the greatest misfortune for the country since the Holocaust.

Erdogan added that Turkey’s main focus is to reduce tensions before the situation deteriorates further. He warned that the conflict must be stopped before it spreads and engulfs the entire region in war.

He also stressed that efforts are underway to bring the parties back to the negotiating table in order to prevent a wider regional crisis.
