Afghan Refugees Dance at Torkham Border Amid Return Journey Celebrations

Islamabad: Afghan refugees gathered at the Torkham Border were seen celebrating their return journey with traditional dance and joy, according to reports.
Sources said that Afghan migrants expressed happiness upon reaching the border crossing by performing traditional dances, while several vehicle drivers also joined them in the celebrations. Videos of the moment quickly went viral on social media.
Due to heavy rush and delays of up to six to seven days in reaching the border, many refugees were seen expressing relief and joy as they finally arrived at Torkham. The celebrations reportedly turned into a festive scene, drawing attention online.
Officials said the situation at the border remained under control despite the large crowd, while return processing continued as per routine procedures.
