PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Vows to Address Achakzai’s Concerns Amid Political Strain

Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, has announced efforts to resolve any reservations held by Mahmood Khan Achakzai following his absence from recent party gatherings.

Speaking to the media, Gohar stated that he has not yet spoken directly with Achakzai to determine the reasons behind his absence from the latest rally. He added that PTI founder Imran Khan has instructed party leadership to respect Achakzai’s decisions.

Gohar also confirmed meeting Sohail Afridi but declined to disclose details of the discussion. However, sources suggest that he directed Afridi to engage with Achakzai and bring him back into confidence.

According to reports, Achakzai did not attend PTI’s last two public gatherings due to concerns over not being adequately consulted on party matters.

The development highlights internal coordination challenges within PTI as the party navigates its current political strategy.
