Cambridge Confirms Computer Science Exam Leak in Karachi

Cambridge International Education has confirmed that a Computer Science examination paper was leaked in Karachi, adding to earlier reports regarding leaked Mathematics papers.
According to an email issued by Cambridge, the Computer Science paper was also compromised. Earlier, the examination board had confirmed leaks involving two Mathematics papers.
In its official statement, Cambridge International said that the leaked Computer Science and Mathematics papers from May 12 will not be retaken.
Instead, students affected by the incident will receive “assessed marks.” The board explained that marks from the second component of both subjects will be used to determine final grades.
Cambridge further announced that the Mathematics exam originally postponed on May 15 has now been rescheduled for June 8.
Country Head Uzma Yousuf said investigations into the paper leaks are still ongoing.
