Two Police Personnel, Including Female Constable, Martyred in Khuzdar Gun Battle
KHUZDAR: A female police constable, identified as Malik Naz, and another officer were martyred during an exchange of fire with armed miscreants in Khuzdar.
According to officials, the incident occurred during an operation against suspected militants, where intense firing took place between law enforcement personnel and armed elements.
Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, paid tribute to the fallen officers, stating that Constable Malik Naz set an example of bravery by sacrificing her life in the fight against terrorism.
He noted that her husband, Abdul Ghani, had also previously been martyred in service to the country, calling her sacrifice especially significant.
The Chief Minister confirmed that Head Constable Samiullah was also martyred in the same incident. He assured that the provincial government stands with the families of the martyrs during this difficult time.
Bugti further said that the sacrifices of the martyrs are a priceless asset for the nation and will never be forgotten.
