Two Women Killed in Separate Traffic Accidents Within an Hour in Karachi

Karachi: Two women lost their lives in separate heavy traffic accidents within the span of an hour in different areas of the city.

According to rescue officials, a Woman motorcyclist was killed near Numaish at Peoples Chowrangi after being hit by a bus. The deceased, identified as 30-year-old Saima, was riding with her husband, Imran, who sustained injuries in the accident. Police have taken the bus involved into custody.

In another incident on Mauripur Road, a woman pedestrian was killed after being struck by a Mazda truck. The identity of the victim could not be immediately ascertained. Her body was shifted to Civil Hospital for legal formalities.

The incidents highlight ongoing concerns over road safety and heavy traffic management in Karachi.
