Fawad Chaudhry Questions Lawyers’ Forum Over Ticket Allocations, Alleges Misuse of PTI’s Name
Lahore: Former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry raised questions about the allocation of tickets by the Insaaf Lawyers Forum, asking why members of the Lahore High Court and Bar Councils do not accompany Alima Bibi on scheduled meetings with Imran Khan.
In a statement on X, Chaudhry claimed that the forum and the Hamid Khan group are selling tickets in Imran Khan’s name. He alleged that tickets have repeatedly been given to individuals with no actual affiliation to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
He suggested that figures like Alima Bibi, Salman Raja, and Hamid Khan should also be questioned, emphasizing that blaming only members of the National or Provincial Assemblies would be inappropriate.
