Triple Murder Case Registered in Taxila Over ‘Love Marriage’ Dispute

Rawalpindi: Police have registered a case over the قتل of three افراد, including a married couple, in Taxila, allegedly linked to a dispute over a “love marriage.”

The First Information Report (FIR) was filed on the complaint of Muhammad Aamir, son of the deceased woman, Shehla Bibi.

According to the FIR, Aamir stated that his mother had remarried a man named Azizullah. His brother, Danish Akram, had married his stepfather’s sister by choice, which angered her بھائیوں — identified as Nazir, Najeeb, and Azizullah.

The complainant alleged that his brother was invited to the suspects’ house on the pretext of a gathering, while his sister-in-law, Seema Gul, was already present there. When Danish did not return home, the family went looking for him and reached Azizullah’s house.

Aamir claimed that upon arrival, he saw two suspects fleeing from the back door carrying knives. When he tried to stop them, they allegedly threatened to kill him.

Upon entering the house, he found the bodies of his brother Danish Akram, his mother Shehla Bibi, and his sister-in-law Seema Gul. The FIR states that all three victims were brutally murdered by having their throats slit with a sharp weapon.

The complainant accused the suspects of committing the killings out of anger over the love marriage.

Police have registered the case and launched an investigation; however, no arrests have been made so far.
