Gold Prices Rise Again in Pakistan Amid Global Market Increase

KARACHI: Gold prices in the local market increased further on Wednesday, driven by a rise in international rates.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs 1,400, reaching Rs 504,862. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs 1,200 to Rs 432,837.
Silver prices also recorded an increase of Rs 110 per tola, reaching Rs 8,514 in the local market.
In the international market, gold gained $14 per ounce, reaching $4,825, reflecting continued volatility in global precious metal prices.
Market analysts say the ongoing fluctuations are influenced by global economic uncertainty, currency movements, and demand trends in international bullion markets.
