Living in Karachi Is Like Living in Paris: Sharmila Faruqui

Karachi: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Sharmila Faruqui has said that living in Karachi feels like living in Paris, making a lighthearted remark during a recent television appearance.
The PPP leader participated in a private TV show where she was asked a series of interesting fill-in-the-blank questions in a segment designed to elicit spontaneous responses.
When asked, “Living in Karachi is like ______,” Sharmila Faruqui paused briefly and replied, “Living in Karachi is like living in Paris.”
Her comment drew applause and smiles from former cricketers and other guests present in the show.
In another question during the segment, she said that she could leave politics but would never stop watching dramas, adding that she is a big fan of television serials.
