Balochistan Assembly Praises Pakistan’s Role in US-Iran Ceasefire Efforts

Quetta: The Balochistan Assembly session witnessed the presentation of a joint congratulatory resolution acknowledging Pakistan’s diplomatic role in easing tensions between the United States and Iran. The resolution was tabled by Provincial Interior Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove.
According to the text of the resolution, the assembly paid tribute to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir for their diplomatic foresight and effective leadership during a period of heightened regional tensions.
Speaking on the occasion, Langove said that during the ongoing strain between the United States and Iran, Pakistan demonstrated exemplary diplomacy under the leadership of the prime minister and the army chief. He added that Pakistan, as a responsible and peace-loving nation, has successfully drawn the attention of global leadership.
He further stated that Pakistan’s role has significantly enhanced its international standing and credibility, with the global community acknowledging its efforts for peace. Langove expressed hope that Pakistan’s initiatives would contribute to lasting stability and further strengthen its balanced and constructive role in maintaining global peace.
