Salman Akram Raja Announces Nationwide Protest Against Rising Petrol Prices

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) – Salman Akram Raja has announced plans for major protests and marches against rising petroleum prices, stating that an all-parties conference will be convened in the next few days to address the issue.

He said that protest marches will be organized, and on April 7, party officials are expected to gather in large numbers in Adiala under the leadership of Alima Bibi. On April 9, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will hold a public rally in Rawalpindi; however, if permission is denied, protests will continue on the streets to raise public voices.

Salman Akram Raja emphasized that all possible steps will be taken to address the public’s grievances and that political leadership is ready to support the protests. The movement highlights the importance of public participation and political activism against inflation and rising petroleum prices, with organizational officials playing a proactive role.
