Curfew-Like Conditions in Khalakabad Manguchar Disrupt Daily Life, Cause Shortage of Food and Medicine

Khalakabad (Qudrat Daily) – Residents of Khalakabad Manguchar have faced two days of curfew-like restrictions, paralyzing daily life and causing widespread difficulties across the area. Markets, shops, and commercial centers remain closed, leaving local communities struggling to meet basic needs.
According to local citizens, the closure of medical stores has created severe difficulties for patients in obtaining necessary medicines. Shortages of food and daily essentials have also emerged, forcing daily-wage earners and low-income families into extreme hardship.
Public and social groups in the area have expressed deep concern over the situation, urging the Provincial Minister for Interior and other authorities to take immediate notice. Residents emphasized that restricted access to basic necessities constitutes a violation of human rights and demanded the government intervene to restore law, order, and essential services. They called for the lifting of restrictions to ensure the supply of medicines and food items to the affected population.
