Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party Demands Swift Justice for Victims of Pishin Yaru Attack
Quetta (Qudrat Daily) – The Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party has strongly condemned the brutal killing of three members of a family in Yaru, Pishin, and called for exemplary punishment for the perpetrators according to both the law and Pashtun traditions.
In a press release, the party expressed deep sorrow over the incident, which claimed the lives of Shaharyar Khan, his brother Master Naseem Khan Yousafzai, and their niece, while severely injuring another woman. The release also condemned a terrorist attack on Ali Muhammad Khan Achakzai, the SHO of Qila Abdullah, highlighting the deteriorating law-and-order situation in the district and the collapse of government control.
The party urged immediate arrest of all individuals involved and demanded urgent medical attention for SHO Ali Muhammad Khan. It described the Yaru killings as a heinous crime and stressed that, according to Pashtun high traditions, the culprits should face the strictest possible punishment.
Expressing condolences to the bereaved family, including regional party secretary Abdul Rahim Khan Yousafzai, the party vowed to stand with them in this difficult time and prayed for the elevation of the martyrs’ status and patience for the surviving family members. The statement demanded that the perpetrators be brought to justice promptly under national law and Pashtun customary law, serving as a deterrent for future crimes.
