Trump’s Approval Ratings Drop Sharply, Survey Shows Widespread Public Dissatisfaction

Washington: The popularity of U.S. President Donald Trump has declined significantly, according to a new survey released by an American news channel.
The poll indicates that a majority of respondents are dissatisfied with Trump’s overall performance, with 59% expressing disapproval. The findings highlight growing public concern over key issues, including inflation and the economy.
On inflation, 71% of respondents rejected the president’s performance, while 66% expressed dissatisfaction with his handling of the economy. Similarly, Trump faced criticism on foreign policy, with 62% disapproving of his approach.
The survey also revealed public discontent with Trump’s Iran policy, as 64% of respondents rejected his handling of tensions and the ongoing conflict involving Iran.
The poll was conducted between March 20 and March 23, 2026, reflecting a notable shift in public opinion on the president’s leadership across multiple fronts.
