PM Shehbaz Sharif Condemns Attacks on Kuwait, Discusses Regional Peace in Call with Kuwaiti Crown Prince

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received a phone call today from the Crown Prince of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, during which both leaders discussed bilateral relations and the overall situation in the region.
During the cordial and constructive conversation, Prime Minister Sharif strongly condemned the recent attacks on Kuwait and reiterated Pakistan’s full solidarity and unconditional support for the people of Kuwait in these difficult times. He expressed heartfelt condolences for the loss of lives and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
The Prime Minister also briefed the Kuwaiti leadership on Pakistan’s sincere diplomatic efforts aimed at ending the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. In response, the Kuwaiti Crown Prince praised PM Sharif’s proactive leadership and expressed full support for Pakistan’s mediation efforts to reduce tensions between Iran and the United States.
The Crown Prince also thanked Prime Minister Sharif for standing with Kuwait during the current crisis and appreciated his recent letter expressing Pakistan’s solidarity. He expressed hope to visit Pakistan once the situation improves. PM Sharif thanked the Crown Prince and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to continuing its constructive diplomatic role in promoting lasting peace and stability in the region.
