Martyrs’ Sacrifice Illuminates the Path for Future Generations, Says Maulana Abdul Wasi at Shaheed Sarfaraz Conference

Quetta (Daily Qudrat News): Provincial Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) Balochistan, Maulana Abdul Wasi, has said that the blood of martyrs never goes in vain; it shapes the course of history and serves as a guiding light for future generations. He made these remarks while addressing the “Shaheed Sarfaraz Conference” in Musakhel.

Maulana Abdul Wasi praised the people of Musakhel for warmly welcoming their leadership, describing the region as a stronghold of JUI, where ideology and loyalty are reflected in action rather than mere words. He highlighted the role of Jamiat Tulaba-e-Islam, the student wing of JUI, as a well-organized, capable, and ideologically driven force that unites students from religious and modern educational institutions to serve religion, nation, and society.

He emphasized that JTI represents a strong intellectual and practical front against imperialist powers and exploitative systems, awakening Islamic revolutionary consciousness among youth. The organization is committed not only to protecting students’ rights and shaping their character but also to promoting social reform, ending sectarianism, and countering regional and linguistic prejudices.

Maulana Abdul Wasi paid tribute to Shaheed Dr. Sarfaraz, calling him more than an individual—he was a movement, a thought, and a symbol of unwavering determination. Dr. Sarfaraz dedicated his life to ideological training of youth, organizational stability, and raising religious awareness. He faced all challenges with courage, resilience, and truthfulness, ultimately sacrificing his life to demonstrate that true success lies in giving one’s life for the cause of justice.

He added that Dr. Sarfaraz’s life serves as a shining example for today’s youth, inspiring them to remain committed to their ideals, uphold justice, and defend their beliefs despite obstacles. His martyrdom has infused JTI with renewed spirit, determination, and energy, awakening religious and national consciousness among the youth.

Other speakers, including Maulana Sarwar Nadeem, emphasized that true leadership involves taking public issues personally and being proactive in resolving them, marking the hallmark of a sincere representative.

The conference concluded with a grand reception for provincial leaders, particularly Maulana Abdul Wasi and Haji Nawaz Khan Kakr, featuring hundreds of vehicles, thunderous slogans, and public enthusiasm, underscoring JUI’s continued vitality as an active and ideological force and honoring the sacrifices of its martyrs.
