Cylinder Explosion at Suspected Ice Factory in Gulistan Leaves One Dead, Six Injured
Gulistan: A powerful cylinder explosion at a suspected ice factory in the Nok area of Gulistan has left one person dead and six others seriously injured, causing panic among residents.
According to reports, the blast occurred at a factory owned by Haji Qasim and Nasir Khan, with the sound of the explosion heard across a wide area. The injured were immediately shifted to a local hospital and later referred to Quetta for advanced medical treatment.
Following the incident, local residents expressed strong anger and demanded strict legal action against those operating such factories. Citizens alleged that illegal activities are being carried out under the cover of these facilities, contributing to the growing drug problem among youth in the area.
Residents have urged the authorities to immediately seal the factories and take decisive measures to protect the younger generation from further harm.
