Religious Affairs Ministry Denies Reports of Hajj Flights Suspension

Islamabad:The spokesperson for the **Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Pakistan** has rejected reports about the suspension of **Hajj** flights, calling the claims baseless.

In a statement, the ministry said that despite the prevailing global situation, preparations for **Hajj 2026** are continuing according to schedule. The spokesperson added that the process of issuing visas for intending pilgrims is progressing rapidly.

The ministry further stated that the schedule for Hajj flights will be announced after **Eid al-Fitr**.

Officials also said that arrangements for accommodation and other facilities for pilgrims in **Mecca** and **Medina** are being finalized.

The spokesperson advised intending pilgrims not to pay attention to rumors or unverified information and to rely only on official announcements, the ministry’s website, and the **Pak Hajj App** for authentic updates.
