Saudi and Pakistani Interior Ministers Hold Phone Call, Condemn Attacks and Pledge Stronger Cooperation

Islamabad: Mohsin Naqvi, Pakistan’s Interior Minister and Minister for Narcotics Control, held a telephone conversation with Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef, the Interior Minister of Saudi Arabia.
During the call, the Pakistani interior minister strongly condemned the recent attacks that targeted the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He expressed Pakistan’s full solidarity with the Kingdom and reaffirmed that Pakistan stands firmly with Saudi Arabia against any threats to its peace and stability.
The two leaders also discussed the current regional situation and recent developments. They emphasized the importance of further strengthening bilateral cooperation and expanding partnership in various sectors between the two brotherly countries.
Both ministers agreed to continue reinforcing the close and historic ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and to broaden cooperation across multiple areas in the future.
