Balochistan Government on Full Alert Amid Tensions in Iran

Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti announced that all relevant machinery of the provincial government is on full alert amid ongoing tensions in Iran. Authorities are prepared to handle any emergency situation.

He stated that the flow of Pakistani citizens and foreign nationals into Pakistan via the Pakistan-Iran border continues. All individuals arriving at the Taftan border are being provided with necessary facilities and support.

So far, a total of 1,979 people have entered Pakistan through the Taftan border, including 37 diplomats. The Chief Minister emphasized that the government is taking all possible measures to ensure a safe and smooth crossing for all arrivals.
