Attempted Drone Attacks by Fitnah al-Khawarij Thwarted in Abbottabad, Sawabi, and Nowshera

Islamabad: Pakistan’s security forces successfully prevented attempted drone attacks by the Fitnah al-Khawarij in Abbottabad, Sawabi, and Nowshera.
Federal Information Minister Atta Tarar stated on social media that the attacks involved small drones allegedly supported by the Afghan Taliban-backed group. He added that Pakistan’s anti-drone systems successfully targeted and neutralized all drones in a timely manner, preventing any casualties in the three incidents.
Minister Tarar said the incidents once again exposed direct links between the Afghan Taliban regime and terrorist activities in Pakistan.
Fitna al khawarij terrorists have attempted to launch small drones in Abbotabad, Swabi and Nowshera. Anti Drone Systems have brought down all the drones. No damage to life.
The incidents have again exposed direct linkages between Afghan Taliban Regime and Terrorism in Pakistan.

Separately, in Pabini village, Sawabi, an explosion occurred outside the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, injuring one student. Police officials said the blast was allegedly caused by explosive material delivered via a drone, and further investigations into the incident are ongoing.
