Former PML-N Senator Chaudhry Tanveer Acquitted in Land Corruption Case

Rawalpindi (Qudrat Roznama) – The Anti-Corruption Court has acquitted former PML-N Senator Chaudhry Tanveer and his co-accused in a land corruption case, granting them a clean and honorable verdict.

The case had been filed against Chaudhry Tanveer during the PTI government, alleging corruption in land dealings.

During proceedings, Chaudhry Tanveer described the case as false and politically motivated.

Special Judge Khawer Rasheed of the Anti-Corruption Court ruled that there was insufficient evidence in the case, and continuing the proceedings would violate the principles of justice.

The court’s verdict clears all accused of the charges, ending the legal proceedings related to the alleged land corruption.
