K-Electric Takes Special Measures to Ensure Uninterrupted Power Supply During Ramadan

**Quetta:** Quetta Electric Supply Company (K-Electric) has announced special arrangements to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply during Suhoor, Iftar, and Taraweeh hours throughout Ramadan.
Under the supervision of K-Electric officials, the Regional Control Room at the Power Distribution Center (PDC) monitors power supply and overall system performance during these critical times every day.
Special teams have also been deployed at the division and sub-division levels under the supervision of Superintending Engineers in all operational circles to address technical faults, replace transformers promptly, and resolve individual consumer complaints quickly.
Consumers can report power outages or other issues by calling 118 or sending a message with their electricity bill reference number to 8118. Complaints can also be registered through K-Electric’s central complaint cell at 081-9201445 or via the relevant sub-division contact numbers.
For added convenience, consumers can submit complaints via WhatsApp by sending a copy of their electricity bill along with an active mobile number to 0319-8088439, enabling K-Electric staff to locate the issue promptly and restore electricity as quickly as possible.
