Father Disowns Missing Son in Quetta, Says Family Has No Link If He Joined Any Organization

**Quetta:** A resident of Killi Lodh Karez in Quetta, Qadir Bakhsh, has publicly distanced himself and his family from his 24-year-old son, Baloch, who has been missing for the past 10 months.

Speaking at a press conference on Monday along with relatives, Qadir Bakhsh said his son disappeared nearly ten months ago. He claimed that the family initially searched for him on their own and also attempted to lodge a missing person report with Satellite Town Police Station, but their complaint was not formally registered.

He stated that after months without any contact, the family now fears that his son may have joined an organization. “If my son has affiliated himself with any group, we have no connection or association with him,” he said, adding that he was formally declaring his disassociation.

Qadir Bakhsh emphasized that neither he nor his family members support or maintain any link with their missing son if he is involved with any organization.
