Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz Says Balochistan Facing Fitna al-Khawarij, Punjab to Provide Full Support in Operations

**Quetta (Qudrat Daily / NNI):** Punjab Chief Minister **Maryam Nawaz Sharif** stated that Balochistan is not facing ordinary unrest but **Fitna al-Khawarij**, and Punjab government will provide every possible support in the ongoing operations against it. She assured that Punjab’s resources and services are fully available for Balochistan and prayed for the swift eradication of terrorism from the province.
She made these remarks during her visit to Quetta on Tuesday at an event held at the **FC Headquarters**, where she also announced **Rs 10 billion assistance for security forces**.
Maryam Nawaz said the people of Balochistan show commendable patriotism and dedication to Pakistan, and the Punjab government will extend full support to tackle the challenges faced by the province. She added that ending terrorism is possible through **national unity**, and she hopes to see peace, stability, and prosperity in Balochistan.
On the occasion, Balochistan Chief Minister **Sarfaraz Bugti** welcomed Maryam Nawaz Sharif to the province and described the Rs 10 billion assistance for security forces as a positive and commendable initiative. He emphasized that in Balochistan, both government and opposition are united in the cause of public welfare.
