Mumbai: Bollywood actress Rakhi Sawant has sparked debate with controversial remarks about veteran actors Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, and Rekha, suggesting that Amitabh should marry Rekha instead of Jaya.
In a video interview that quickly went viral on social media, Sawant questioned Amitabh Bachchan’s marital choice, saying, “Why did he choose Jaya and not Rekha?” She also commented that two marriages are a trend nowadays and offered her advice for Amitabh to consider a second marriage.
Rakhi Sawant further criticized Jaya Bachchan’s style, saying that despite her wealth, she does not dress well. She made sarcastic remarks about Jaya’s preference for simple attire, including shalwar kameez. During the conversation, Sawant offered to invite Jaya to her birthday and give her stylish clothes as a gift.
The actress also suggested that Jaya could enhance her appearance by coloring her hair and trying Botox treatments. Rakhi added that if she ever had to choose between Jaya and Rekha for Amitabh, she would pick Rekha.
