**Islamabad (Qudrat Daily):** **National Assembly Opposition Leader Mahmood Achakzai** stated that there is nothing wrong with Prime Minister **Shahbaz Sharif** visiting him, calling it a display of political maturity. He emphasized the need to acknowledge mistakes and move forward.
Achakzai made the remarks after meeting **Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman** along with his delegation. He said, “When political leaders meet, the discussion is about politics. We have decided on a peaceful protest in a democratic manner.”
Regarding recent developments, he noted that postponing **Basant** due to terrorism was the right decision. He reiterated that acknowledging errors is essential for progress.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman stated that his party stands by its demands, rejects the **February 8 election results**, and calls for **new elections**. He confirmed that any scheduled rallies or processions by the party have been canceled. Rehman further urged the government to acknowledge its failures, noting that opposition appeals are still pending in courts and tribunals.
