Man Assaults Wife in Multan After She Checks His WhatsApp Messages

Multan: A domestic dispute turned violent in Multan after a woman allegedly checked her husband’s WhatsApp messages, prompting him to physically assault her.

According to police officials, the incident took place in the Qadirabad neighborhood, where the husband became enraged and subjected his wife to severe violence. As a result of the assault, the woman sustained serious injuries and was shifted to a hospital for medical treatment.

Police said that a case has been registered at the women police station on the complaint of the injured woman, and further legal action is underway.
