Jamal Raisani Says Security Forces Thwart Retaliatory Attacks After Successful IBOs in Balochistan

Quetta: Jamal Raisani, in a tweet, stated that the timely and effective response of security forces in Balochistan has successfully foiled possible retaliatory attacks following intelligence-based operations (IBOs), reflecting their strong operational preparedness and professional competence.
He said that repeated failures indicate that the Balochistan Liberation Army’s (BLA) capacity has now been reduced to narratives, propaganda, and symbolic actions rather than organized training and operational readiness. Raisani added that public trust in the security forces remains intact, emphasizing that such militant groups neither represent the people of Balochistan nor reflect their aspirations for peace, development, and prosperity.
He further noted that the use of women as a symbolic tactic highlights the group’s focus on spectacle rather than capability. According to him, attempts to target civilians, including an alleged plot to infiltrate an educational institution, have further exposed these elements as enemies of the very society they claim to represent.
Raisani concluded that as these tactics continue to fail one after another, it is becoming increasingly clear that the public stands with those who protect their lives, not with those who put them at risk.
