Historic Move: Women Police Officers Appointed to Key Positions in Naseerabad, Dr. Rubaba Khan Biledi Welcomes Decision

**Quetta (Daily Qudrat Quetta):** Dr. Rubaba Khan Biledi, Advisor to the Chief Minister of Balochistan for the Department of Women Development, has expressed deep satisfaction and appreciation over the government’s decision to appoint women police officers to key and strategic positions across all districts of the Naseerabad Range.
In a statement, Dr. Biledi called the appointments a historic milestone, highlighting that assigning women officers as Complaint Officers, Deputy Clerks, and Computer Operators in various police stations demonstrates the provincial government’s full confidence in women’s capabilities.
She emphasized that these appointments will create a safe, dignified, and trusted environment for female citizens and complainants in police stations. Women officers will be able to handle cases related to domestic violence and other civic issues more sensitively and effectively, ensuring better access to justice, particularly for female citizens.
Dr. Biledi praised the vision of Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, noting that this step empowers the daughters of Balochistan and underscores the government’s commitment to providing equal opportunities for women in all sectors.
