Startups Playing Key Role in Pakistan’s Economic Growth and Social Change: Ishaq Dar
Davos: On the sidelines of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar remained engaged in a series of important activities and meetings.
During the visit, Ishaq Dar formally inaugurated the Pakistan Pavilion of the Pathfinder Group. Addressing the opening ceremony, the deputy prime minister praised the initiative for highlighting Pakistan’s vast economic potential on a global platform.
He stated that startups in Pakistan are playing a vital role in driving economic growth and bringing about social transformation. Ishaq Dar emphasized that the government will continue to support and encourage young entrepreneurs and startups to align the national economy with modern global requirements.
The deputy prime minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship as a key pillar of Pakistan’s future economic development.
