All Parties Citizen Action Committee Panjgur Announces Rally Against Lawlessness on January 18

Panjgur:A crucial meeting of the All Parties Citizen Action Committee Panjgur was held under the chairmanship of Advocate Alauddin. Representatives of various political parties and organizations, including BNP Awami, National Party, BNP Mengal, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, Pakistan Peoples Party, Haq Do Tehreek, Pakistan Muslim League-N, Anjuman-e-Tajran Committee, and Border Bachao Tehreek, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, participants discussed several agenda items, with special focus on the deteriorating law and order situation in Makran, particularly the tragic incident of the abduction of Shah Nawaz Gul Jan Rind in Kech district. After detailed consultation, it was unanimously decided to hold an All Parties rally on January 18 against growing insecurity and criminal activities.

The speakers emphasized that there would be no compromise on the issue of peace and security. They stated that incidents of lawlessness, whether in Kech, Gwadar, or Panjgur, affect the entire Makran region. They warned that the rise in kidnapping for ransom in Kech could spread to Panjgur and Gwadar if not stopped collectively.

The committee expressed serious concern over the continued abduction of Shah Nawaz Gul Jan Rind, stating that his captivity has created fear, uncertainty, and insecurity among his family, peaceful citizens, and the business community. They demanded that the district administration and police in Kech immediately resolve the case, curb criminal elements, and ensure the recovery of Shah Nawaz Gul Jan Rind.

The meeting concluded with a strong call for joint efforts across Makran’s three districts—Panjgur, Kech, and Gwadar—to eliminate crimes and restore lasting peace in the region.
