Shocking Surgery: Doctors Remove Seven Toothbrushes and Two Metal Wrenches from Teenager’s Stomach

*Islamabad:* In a rare and alarming medical case, doctors at a private hospital in Jaipur, India, successfully saved the life of a young man by removing dangerous and unusual objects from his stomach.
According to media reports, the 26-year-old patient was suffering from severe abdominal pain for five days. Due to the worsening condition, his family rushed him to the hospital, where doctors conducted detailed medical examinations and ultrasound scans. The tests revealed the presence of hard and sharp objects inside his stomach.
Senior surgeons stated that the foreign objects had reached the inner lining of the stomach and could have caused life-threatening complications at any moment. As a result, doctors decided to perform an emergency surgery.
During the complex operation, which lasted over two hours, surgeons carefully removed seven toothbrushes and two iron wrenches from the patient’s stomach. Medical experts described the surgery as highly challenging due to the nature and positioning of the objects.
Doctors further revealed that the young man was suffering from mental health issues and had a habit of swallowing non-edible items. Following the surgery, the patient’s condition has improved, and he is currently under medical care along with psychological supervision.
