Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party to Launch Protest Against K-Electric from January 1

Quetta (Daily Qudrat): The Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party (PkNAP) has announced a major protest campaign against K-Electric’s electricity operations starting January 1.
In a joint statement, PkNAP provincial president Nasrullah Khan Zaire, senior vice president Allah Noor Khan, and provincial secretary Faqir Khushal Kasi condemned K-Electric for dismantling power infrastructure, removing wires from poles, setting up excessive check posts, and closing petrol pumps in Qila Saifullah.
The party leaders stated that a protest rally will be held at Muslim Bagh Bazaar on January 2, with sit-ins and rallies organized across other districts. They criticized the current government as a “product of Form 47,” accusing it of relying on force and money while pursuing anti-people policies.
PkNAP vowed to defend public rights at every level and expressed readiness to make any necessary sacrifices in response to the government’s actions.
