We Do Not Believe in Flattery Politics, Will Speak the Truth: Maulana Fazlur Rehman

**Islamabad (Qudrat Daily):** Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI), Maulana Fazlur Rehman, has said that his party does not believe in politics of flattery and will always speak the truth.

Addressing a Dastar-e-Fazilat Conference in Sukkur, he stressed that JUI’s loyalty to Pakistan and its friendly and constructive approach should be acknowledged. He said that the establishment of religious seminaries and the struggle of JUI would continue without compromise.

Criticizing the rulers, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that they often adopt American and Western thinking without proper understanding, whereas they should follow the principles of Islam.

The JUI chief further clarified that he does not consider the establishment or the bureaucracy as enemies, but maintained that it is his right to point out the mistakes of any institution or ruler in the interest of the country.
