Four Suspected Robbers Killed in Police Encounter in Hyderabad

At least four suspected robbers were killed in an alleged police encounter in Hyderabad, officials confirmed on Saturday.

According to police, the encounter took place on Tando Qaiser Link Road, where a group of armed suspects reportedly engaged in a gun battle with law enforcement personnel. During the exchange of fire, four suspects were killed while three others managed to escape.

Police stated that the suspects were involved in a robbery incident on April 4, in which passengers traveling on a bus from Umerkot to Karachi were held hostage and looted.

The bodies of the deceased were shifted to a local hospital for legal formalities, while a search operation is underway to apprehend the fleeing suspects.

Authorities have vowed to continue efforts to ensure public safety and bring those responsible to justice.
