Among the most shocking incidents was the death of senior drama actress **Ayesha Khan**, whose several-days-old body was recovered on June 20, 2025, from her apartment in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. According to police, neighbors informed authorities after a foul smell spread from the flat, and her decomposed body was found after the door was forced open.
Another tragic incident occurred on July 8, when the unrecognizable body of actress **Humaima Asghar** was found in her apartment in the Defence area of Karachi. Medical reports revealed that she had passed away on October 7, and her body was nearly nine months old at the time of discovery. She was laid to rest in her hometown Lahore on July 11. Police termed the case mysterious but later declared the death natural after investigation.
The first major loss of 2025 was veteran comedian **Javed Kodu**, who passed away in April after a prolonged illness while living in financial hardship.
