Speaking at the meeting, Mohsin Naqvi said the federal government would continue extending all possible support for the establishment of lasting peace in Balochistan. He stressed that the swift and effective implementation of the peace restoration master plan is of critical importance.
He also called for benefiting from the experience and guidance of former chiefs of the Balochistan Police while formulating security strategies, adding that modern technology, improved intelligence capabilities, and coordinated planning are indispensable in the fight against terrorism.
“The federal and provincial governments are moving forward in complete unity and coordination to establish peace in the province,” he said.
Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti reiterated that the government would remain one step ahead in the fight against terrorism and would not succumb to any pressure.
